- Museums On Us - First full weekend of each month for Bank of America, Merrill or Bank of America Private Bank (US Trust) cardholders
Museum Rules
The following items are not allowed in the museum:
- Backpacks and backpack purses
- *Oversized bags, including diaper bags (diaper bags may be stored under the stroller)
- Tote bags
- Wagons
- No food or drinks are allowed in the galleries (including water bottles and sippy cups)
- Exceptions are made for medical bags, and medical equipment; we use green paper tags (available at the front desk and 1st floor host station) to help identify the medical bags Please make sure that the tag is visible and that the bag is worn on the persons’ front or carried by their side
- Please remember that children under the age of 14 should always be accompanied by an adult - this is especially important in the galleries
For your convivence, items can be stored in the free lockers available on the 1st floor

Photo Policy
Photography and videography for personal, noncommercial use is allowed inside and outside of the Figge unless otherwise noted through signage. Personal use includes personal cameras, cell phones, tablets, and other non-commercial devices. The use of flash, lights, tripods, and selfie-sticks are prohibited .
The following restrictions apply:
- Special event and occasion photography, such as weddings, proms, senior portraits, and family portraits are strictly prohibited. For private events held at the Figge, photography is allowed and is subject to the photography policies set forth in the rental agreement.
- Visitors will be asked to stop taking photos if they cause a disruption of the museum experience for other visitors, staff, or students.

*Closing procedures will begin 15 minutes before closing time*
Museum Store is open during regular museum hours.
*Holiday closures: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The museum is open all other holidays.
